Life Wisdom from Faith movies
The faith messages and life lessons of various inspiriational films.

Bruce Almighty

When Bruce tries to correct every pain and errors in people's lives, they end up being worse.  Lesson told by Morgan Freedman: The dark parts of life are part of a mosaic.  Without the different shades of pain and suffering woven among the joyous times, our lives will not be as beautiful as meant to be.

Evan Almighty

When Evan's wife left, and confronted by Morgan Freedman, learned the real meaning of answered prayers: When we pray to be more patient, or to have a stronger family, we do not become more patient simply by having a more tolerable spouse, but to exercise our ability to be more patient because of an intolerable spouse. The difficulty that shows up in our lives are really opportunities through which a family will become stronger.

Michael Langdon Jr series:

Love comes softly
Why God allows tragedies?
Like a father walking next to us, he didn't cause our fall, but is always there to pick us up, and carry us through.

Love's enduring promise
1. When Clark is asked by Nate: what happens when one who seeks answers can't find any?  Sometimes we are not looking for answers, but for comfort.

2. When Missie is confronted by Grant's proposal: Rather than looking for someone so rich who will deliver her from her way of life (farming), she decides to question whether the suitor will be beside her when she farms and toils in the field.  Again, the wise choice in life is not to wait for delivery out of our troubles, but someone who will comfort and be on our side when we face hardship.
